Relaxation is necessary for our health and sense of well-being but essentially it comes from a balanced lifestyle.
Philippines is composed of thousands of islands and Filipinos usually go from one island to another for relaxation and fun.
Join me as we go to the neighboring island of my city/town with my friends. Just enjoy and relax while we board on a pumpboat to Guimaras Island- the place I always love to go and relax. We will take a jeepney ride to a mountain resort called VALLE VERDE.
You can relax on the swimming pool. Take a dip.
I hope you enjoyed your stay here with me. Now, it's time to tour around the world. Follow me as I jump from one country or State to another. It's only @ FRIDAY- MY TOWN SHOOT OUT, relaxation theme of Lena. Enjoy the relaxing place and beautiful views as we tour around.

Happiness! I love the place. Miss your blog..
looks like a great resort. Do they cost a lot of money?
Beautiful relaxing shots.
Looks like a great place.
mmm, sounds lovely, Redlan. I'm on my way!
It is such a blessing to share our world with others. I would never have the opportunity to be where you are, but in your photos...I feel as though I can visit for a moment in time.
Thank you :)
I've been to Manila and Cebu, I just love the beach resorts in Cebu. Make me feel like visiting again.
wow naman. sarap mag swimming.
What beautiful pictures. I especially love the idea of sitting down for a chit chat after a meal.
Great place with very inviting shots.
Beautiful photos. I love your part of the world. I think I could live in that little hut for some time and just photograph people walking by. People in the US try to complicate things so much. All we need is a little shelter and a little food. But here we must have it all.
Thank you for another view into your part of the world. Always a pleasure.
Philippines is such a beautiful place. you are very lucky to wake up there every day. awesome shots! Great shoot out Redlan!!
I'd like to go there some day. Very nicely done.
Awesome pics! Where is that?
Also, my Relaxation post is up...sorry for the wait!
Wow - these could be in a travel brochure! Really, they could - and I am adding the Philippines to my 'must see' list.
Absolutely beautiful!
This is the second hammock I've seen on my visits today ... How can you argue with that?

Gagayahin ko rin 'yan pagbalik ko sa Australia sa September. o",)
Bakit wala kayong picture na nagsu-swimming?
once again I enjoyed my stop at your blog. relaxing is really about change of pace, enjoying laughter with friends and family - you have depicted all of this very well.
