RELAXATION- FRIDAY-MY TOWN SHOOT OUT

My profession makes my body tired always. Sometimes my body needs to free from undue tension. Relaxation is more a state being than an activity although sometimes it becomes a skill that we have to relearn.

Relaxation is necessary for our health and sense of well-being but essentially it comes from a balanced lifestyle.

Philippines is composed of thousands of islands and Filipinos usually go from one island to another for relaxation and fun.

Join me as we go to the neighboring island of my city/town with my friends. Just enjoy and relax while we board on a pumpboat to Guimaras Island- the place I always love to go and relax. We will take a jeepney ride to a mountain resort called VALLE VERDE.

Here we are. WELCOME TO VALLE VERDE

Some forms of relaxation are found here. The sign says it all.

You can relax on the swimming pool. Take a dip.
or relaxing on a hammock

or simply sit down and chit-chat with friends while eating lunch
or enjoy the beauty of nature.
I hope you enjoyed your stay here with me. Now, it's time to tour around the world. Follow me as I jump from one country or State to another. It's only @ FRIDAY- MY TOWN SHOOT OUT, relaxation theme of Lena. Enjoy the relaxing place and beautiful views as we tour around.

It is such a blessing to share our world with others. I would never have the opportunity to be where you are, but in your photos...I feel as though I can visit for a moment in time.

Thank you :)

Beautiful photos. I love your part of the world. I think I could live in that little hut for some time and just photograph people walking by. People in the US try to complicate things so much. All we need is a little shelter and a little food. But here we must have it all.

Thank you for another view into your part of the world. Always a pleasure.

Wow - these could be in a travel brochure! Really, they could - and I am adding the Philippines to my 'must see' list.

Absolutely beautiful!
