MY CHOICES

One of my pastimes as a kid was walking the creek behind our home.  I skipped stones across the surface of it.  Inevitably, ripples would flow from the impact of the stone.  It was an adventure for me.

It's like that with choices.  Every choice we make creates a ripple effect on our lives as well as on the lives of others.  The choices we have made throughout life determine where we are and what we are becoming.  Choices are also telling.  What we really want, love and think show up in the choices we make.  Our lives are not made by the dreams we dream but by the choices we make.

That memory of walking along the creek makes me think of another journey- the one I'm walking now.  It isn't always easy but I guess I'm just choosing the right way.  I chose to be single again than to be in a complicated relationship and I chose to be alcoholic-free.

In addition, we chose to transfer to a more convenient and comfortable place soon.  And I decided to stay full time in my other blog.  Kindly change/update my URL: redlan76.com on your website list if you wish to follow me.  Thank you for staying with me.  I'm back and be with you again regularly   See you @ Redlan's book of life where I can share more of my personal stories and at the same time discovering yours.  See you there!

Hi Redlan, it has been a while!

I totally agree with that paragraph under the photo. Ngayon palang, pag inevaluate natin ang mga sarili natin at sa pagkaka-evaluate sayo ng ibang tao, malalaman mo kung sino ka, kung naging sino ka at yung magiging ikaw sa pagkalipas ng panahon.

So which one would you use more often? I'm gonna stick with that blog. Hit me a reply on my blog when you can. :P

I went this year and walked on the creek , I thoroughly enjoyed myself and not worry that the water would ruin my boots.
