I would like to thank the Town Blogger Team for including me on the list of the members although I was not so active in the past few weeks. I always excited to check and see beautiful photos every Friday though. And what I most like is the warm welcome I received to be a part of the FRIDAY- MY TOWN SHOOT OUT.
This week's theme is "POWER" assigned by J9 of California. There's a lot of powers i thought of. I am a fan of Superman and Spiderman :-) But Friday Shoot Out is all about the things found in MY TOWN. So here I share the Power of Prayer.
I doubt I had devoted more than 30 minutes to prayer at any session in my life. What I always pray is good health for everybody especially my family so that they can continue the good deeds.
I can assure there's power of prayer. I experienced it twice. We cannot access powerful prayer by using "magic formulas. Our prayers being answered is not based on the eloquence of our prayers. It is the prayer of a righteous man is powerful & effective.

Redlan, There is indeed power in prayer! Great post!
Redlan, I enjoyed your history lesson on the People Power Revolutions. It's so nice to learn new things from other cultures. I'm glad you did your theme on the power of prayer. It's definitely the highest form of power their is.
Also, I wanted to thank you for using one of my photos in your town reflections post. I am appreciative that you liked it enough to share with others. So, thank you.
Have a wonderful day, my friend.
Very nice shoot out post! I don't think I'm going to be able to play along this week. Have a great weekend :-)
Prayer is the most powerful weapon..
happy weekend Red!!
Great personal take on 'power'. (Too bad you couldn't find superman or spiderman kicking around town ;) Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Excellent post, the power of prayer is truly amazing.
Excellent post and photos. We certainly appreciate your contribution to the FSO.
The book and the background sound interesting. Your commentary is sending me to Amazon to look for it. If not there, I will check Ebay or used book sellers.
Thanks. Always something to be learned as we blog.
Prayer is the most POWERFUL tool one can have without cost. It allows us a relationship like no other and growth of our inner selves as we become one with the Holy Spirit. Wonderful post!! Powerful, indeed.
Nothing is like the power of prayer. I have seen it in action so many times. Wonderful post.
I love hearing about the revolution, as I was not paying close enough attention in '86! I love the shots on Holy Mountain as well. There are not very many places like this in the US, though I've seen them all over other countries.
I too believe in the power of Prayer! Great job :)

Prayer moves mountains and nothing really is impossible if we just pray.
You were right to lead off with Corazon Aquino, she was a very strong person and leader for you. It's an amazing story of people power overthrowing a dictator like Marcos. I've always admired you filipinos since that time.
the power of prayer does work! it took the cancer away and helped me get through chemo and radiation treatments. great shoot out!!
great post and couldn't agree with you more!
I too chose the power of prayer as my theme. Really enjoyed your take on it! Thanks.
