MAP CARD OF THE PHILIPPINES

Philippines is officially known as the Republic of the Philippines. It comprises 7,107 islands in the western Pacific Ocean. The name Philippines was derived from King Philip II of Spain in the 16th century.

Philippines is divided into three island groups: Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. I am in Visayas area specifically living my in Iloilo City since birth.

Philippines has a tropical climate and is usually hot and humid. There are three recognized seasons: "Tag-init" or "Tag-araw" (the hot season or summer from March to May), "Tag-ulan" (the rainy season from June to November), and "Tag-lamig (the cold season from December to February). We don't have winter and never experience snowing here. I love the summer season because I love the beach and I can do anything outdoor.

This is the Philippine postcard with multiview of different beautiful spots such as Palawan island, Mayon Volcano, Chocolate Hills, The Banaue Rice Terraces, Taal volcano and more to explore.

This postcard is ready to send. If you are interested to have this Philippine map card, just let me know. Simply leave a comment and I will write down your name in a small piece of paper together with others. I will pick one. I will let announce the winner next Friday and I will let you know. I'll ask your mailing address then. It will not be revealed here.
