BLOG IS LIKE A BANK

The Philippines has a comprehensive banking system encompassing various types of banks. At present, there are seventeen universal banks, 23 commercial banks, 84 thrift banks, 711 rural banks, 44 credit unions and twelve non-banks with quasi-banking functions, all licensed with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

The Philippine Savings Bank, commonly known as PSBank or PSB, is a savings bank based in the Philippines. It is a subsidiary of Metrobank. The Philippine Commercial International Bank merged with Equitable Bank. In early 2007, the EPCI Bank merged with Banco de Oro Universial Bank. And it is now branded as “BDO”. Bank and Trust Company acquired by Bank of the Philippines Islands. The Insular Savings Bank acquired by Citibank. International Exchange Bank merged with Union Bank of the Philippines Urban Bank forced to close then merged with Export & Industry Bank.

I created this blog (I mentioned it several times already) last May 2007. I had other blogs created but forced to close it since I can’t maintain and manage several blogs at the same time. Four months ago, I created another one to focus on art blog which is my passion. I divided my time with two blogs then. It resulted two different sets of visitors and blog friends. And my blog traffic is divided too. I came up with the idea of merging my Paperedarts blog with my main blog and still solid blog, Redlan’s Web of Arts. I want my blogging life be a long term so I will focus long enough on one blog and give it a chance to succeed. With my true peers in Redlan’s Web of Arts and my Mixed Media Monday family in Paperedarts plus my fellow postcrossers combined together will increase my blog traffic. It’s like one bank merged with another bank to combine forces to gain large number of clients and assets.

If you have more than one blog, how can you manage them?

that is definitely better. i really have a limited time visiting other people's blog that in some cases i cant reply some of the comments in my own blog. but i make sure to be able to visit blogs and catch up i sometimes miss it.

in this way we will be seeing more arts and personal posts. thats good.

i think it is better kung i-combine mo nalang.

Hi Red... am glad you like the "surprise" :)
Tama ka, maintaining several blogs is not very easy. I have a few -- and thankfully, I've managed to keep them going, siguro because I work part time na lang. I write posts in advance and turn on the automatic posting.

Huo gali... I mentioned you here, sa akon Postcards Crossing blog.

I have two and my art blog is now neglected, like a forlorn house choked with weeds and cobwebs. LOL
