THE MONK WITH HIS FAMILY: My officemate in green shirt together with her family. The monk is her uncle.
The chapel: we were able to join the monks during their prayer time. I asked for God's guidance and He answered my prayer right away. He wanted me to enjoy my visit that's why. I promised Him I'll visit the place once a month. I believe in the power of prayer.
MONKS COTTAGES: This area is restricted. I am curious what's inside. I want to see where they sleep and how they live inside. My officemate told me that it is allowed to observe them even just for three days. You have to engage in monks activities including farming though. That would be challenging.
From left to right: Imee, Ng Lydia, her daughter Jessa Raine, urs truly, April Vivien, Ng Neneng and Ng BABY(April's mother)
Kuya(brother) is fond of talking- sharing his experiences and God's word. He corrected one of my officemates addressing him as father. Brother it should be .
I've been in Trappist Monastery thrice already but the 3rd time was the most memorable. Iba ang feeling pag marami. Masaya pero napakasolemn pa rin. And we were able to talk with some of the monks. I can't forget the place wherein God granted my request. He really made a way for me out of the problem. I will not miss the place because I will visit there again once a month.
