Despite of having hectic work schedule, I still manage to smile :-) It makes me inspired to work and somehow it helps me manage my time. I keep thinking good memories and precious moments. I don't let my bad experiences to have a space in my life.... no more.
I was so happy I met my bestfriend last friday. I was not able to visit her in Roxas City where she is living with her husband. She visited me instead. I was not the only purpose of her visit here in Iloilo City. But at least we've met and had a chance to talk to each other for about thirty minutes only. I gave her homework then. He-he.
I visted my family back home on the following day. I just went to work in the morning. My visit would not be complete without pasalubong. I always bought chocolates, biscuits, etc in exchange of a power hug and kiss. I am more happy to see a smile of excitement. It is worth more than the money I spent. Grocery items will barter chicken Tinola; noodles will exchange vegetable soup plus native desserts. The only item I bought for myself were two cans of sardines. I missed to eat sardines mixed with egg and tomatoes. It was my first time to eat ginisang munggo with bihon. Have you ever tried to cook and eat that menu? Sarap!
I came back here in the city just yesterday afternoon. Traveling out of town is tiring and stressful but when i think of happy moments visiting my family, it's rewarding and it's like power of energy. Since I had connection problem, I decided to watch a movie. YOU CHANGED MY LIFE was able to end my day with a smile.
How was your weekend? What the things you cherish most?
