SUNSET @ FORT SAN PEDRO

In 1616 a solid fort named Fort San Pedro was built near the mouth of the river to protect the Spanish settlement.

Ilonggos especially those who live near this place always love to stay late in the afternoon to swim and watch the sunset.

I love to watch the sunset here especially during summer. I know the best sunset will be seen from the month of November to May. Looking the Guimaras island from a distance is one of the best view in Fort San Pedro.

And speaking of sunset, it disappear to welcome the sunrise the following day. Like watching the sunset, I always feel sad and it is hard to say goodbye but I have to.

Till we meet again.

That's good!
