(this old photo was taken December 2004, the second time I visited my officemate-thoughtful friend John)Last Sunday after four years, I went back to Pototan to see the Christmas attraction once again. Here, I share to you the shots I've taken for just 30 minutes of stay.
As a yearly tradition, the Municipality of Pototan, declared by the Department of Tourism as the "Christmas Capital o Western Visayas" is once again hold the annual celebration of "IWAG", a Christmas Festival of Lights".
This celebration features dazzling lights and decorations with nightly cultural shows, food festival and agri-industrial fair.
It also exhibits an eternal harmony of the spirit of celebration characterized by color, enthusiasm and feasts.
Packed with excitement and fun, this festivity serve as an occasion to clean and decorate the town's public plaza, to get together with family and friends, and a time to rejoice, in celebration of the coming od Christ, the saviour of mankind.
People have started flocking nightly to the town to view the municipal plaza decked out their holiday best. Since then, the spectacle has turned the town into an attraction recognized by many. Visitors everywhere are struck by the scale of the festivity that populate the cultural scene of this town.MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!

Matandaan ko inumpisahan gd na da sang mga taga Pototan ang pag pasuga sa plaza kada naga-hingalapit na ang paskwa asta sa bag-ong tuig.
Katahum kaayo! Malingaw gd ang bilog nga pamilya pa minaw2x dra.
Dugay naman to nga naka agi ko da. Sinundan nalang dayun sang iban man nga mga banwa. Tapos New Year Dagyang naman ta dayun da!

Ako 4 years ago last na nagpunta ako sa Pototan @ Loven. hehehe. Salamat sa pagbati at maligayang pasko sa inyo dyan sa Cambodia. Natanggap ko na pala ang postcard na pinadala mo. I;ll post it here soon.
