My 3rd JOURNEY-UNWIND WITH COURTCH13F

When am about to choose my third journey, medyo nagpause ako ng matagal. Mahirap pumili kung anong lugar ang susunod kong puntahan. Halos sabay ko silang nadiscover at puro magagandang lugar. Kumbaga, beautiful spot talaga. Nainip sa paghintay si Master at siya na ang pumili. Automatically, nandoon na ako sa isang lugar. Sa harap na ako ng isang pintuan. Audio-visual room. Hindi rin siya nagta type sa window or he just lemme take my time to listen. Pagkatapos ng unang kanta, I typed my comment.

As I reviewed my comments, there’s a school boy entered the room. Naka jersey cap na ang cap shade ay likod. Naka jersey shirts and shorts paired with sneakers at may bitbit na bola. “Good afternoon, Sir”, bati niya. “Nalate ka kid,” Katatapos lang ng music session. Ako lang ang nag iisang nakinig ditto kanina”, sabi ko. “Kasi po sir, sa ganitong oras ang mga estudyante ay sa school pa. Mamaya pa sila pupunta ditto”, paliwanag niya. “E, ba’t nandito ka? Dib a dapat sa school ka sa ganitong oras? Baka sa internet café ka nanggaling? Hmmm.”, sunod-sunod kung tanong.

“Hindi po sir. Galing ako sa basketball practice. Mamayang alas kwatro pa ang klase ko. Dumaan lang ako ditto”, sabi niya. “And what’s ur name?”, tanong ko sa kanya. “Just call me courtchief”, sabay turo ng patched name sa jersey niya. “I got the codename “COURTC13F” from the phrase “chief of the court” that best describes what a POINTGUARD does in BASKETBALL. With that, I have the word COURTCHIEF. Instead of using the letters “IE” in the word CHIEF, I replaced it with 13 which happens to be my jersey number. That’s why I have COURTCH13F”, he said matter of factly. “Baw marunong!”, tugon ko.

Pero ano ba talaga ang complete name no?”, curious kong tanong, “I’m JUNEIL O. ABUEVA from Cagayan de Oro City. I am just 16 years old going 17 this coming July 30, 2007. A second year college at Mindandanao Polytechnic State College taking up B.S. Information Technology”, pagpakilala niya. I was speechless as in dumbfounded in a few seconds. “Oh, you’re the boy behind that nice singing voice. You are a singer/composer. Wow, magaling! Anyway, it’s an honor for me to be here and was able to listen to your music. I’m glad to meet you. My name is REDLAN. I need to go now but I will be back here”, sabi ko. “You’re welcome, sir. You can undwind with COURTCH13F anytime”, he ended.
